About Me:

I am a Doctoral Candidate at the Institute for Doctoral Studies in the Visual Arts, Portland, Maine, and I anticipate completion in April 2030.

I live with Ellen on Mount Desert Island, Maine. We have children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

My work celebrates the generative forces that drive creation, life, being and becoming, connectedness, unity, variety, diversity, non-life, and interdependence. I seek rarely depicted and unusual subject matter. I think of my images as landscapes that inform the contours of existence.
